David leads DMD Capital Group’s sourcing, investment thesis development, diligence, capital formation preparation, and value creation planning. He brings experience across private equity transaction support, commercial diligence, GTM diligence, post-merger integration, 100-day planning, and operating improvement.
Before DMD Capital Group, David led an independent consulting practice serving private equity and corporate clients, with work spanning healthcare services, medtech, diagnostics, SaaS, life sciences, industrials, logistics, and tech-enabled services. Earlier, he advised senior leaders on strategy, M&A, operations, and transformation initiatives at Boston Consulting Group.
David holds a PhD in Bioengineering and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech, and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from MIT. Earlier in his career, he led cardiovascular fluid mechanics and medical device research at Georgia Tech.
